Craft & Vendor Fair

Location: Viborg Community Center

We would like to invite you to join us again this year for the Danish Days Craft and Vendor Fair on Saturday, July 15th.  The Craft and Vendor Fair will be held in the comfort of the air conditioned Viborg Community Center gymnasium from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Lunch will be available for purchase at the Community Center.


Dear Vendors,

We would like to invite you to participate in the Danish Days Craft and Vendor Fair on Saturday, July 16th at the Viborg Community Building, 101 West Sorensen Street, Viborg, SD 57070.

WHEN:  Saturday, July 15th
WHERE:  Viborg Community Building
TIME:  Set-up from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. | Fair Open from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

FEE:  $30 for an 8 ft table space | Electricity is an additional $10

We will provide an 8 ft table and two chairs; if you wish to have additional table space, you will need to pay for another space.  If you have an electric setup, you must provide your own extension cord.  Your cancelled check will be your confirmation unless you provide your e-mail address with your application.  If you cancel after reserving a booth, there will not be a refund so please be certain that this date will work for you.  We will only allow one vendor from the same company to rent a booth.  We will also try to limit similar crafts or vendors so it is important for you to describe what your business or craft is.

SALES TAX:  Sales tax will be collected per guidelines by the City of Viborg.  Forms will be provided the day of the Danish Days Craft and Vendor Fair.

DEADLINE:  June 30th.  We will be filling booth spaces on a first come, first serve basis so the earlier you return your registration the more likely you will be able to get a booth at the Danish Days Craft and Vendor Fair.
